Ways to get involved:

There are many ways for members to get involved in their union and have their voices heard. Whether you are tenured or non-tenured, it is important to choose ways that help your voice be heard. Here you will find some great, simple ways to get involved and show your solidarity.

Send a Pre-Written Letter!

If you are unsure what to write or even who to write to, AFT and NYSUT have created letters and faxes that are automatically sent to your elected representatives with your name and information affixed.

Attend a Board of Education Meetings
